School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Boston, Massachusetts

Qualifications:
- Valid and current SLPA licensure in the state required
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to support individualized treatment plans and document student progress
- Capacity to work effectively within a team as well as independently
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Implement and follow individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assist in developing materials and activities for therapy sessions
- Document services provided and observe/report progress towards goals
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and families to support communication needs
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all federal, state, and school guidelines
