Key Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a school or healthcare SLPA role is preferred

Role Overview:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech/language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for elementary caseloads
- Support classroom teachers and participate in student progress meetings as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation on student progress and interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for each child
- Provide consistent encouragement and motivation to help students reach their goals
