Pediatric School Speech and Language Pathologist | Brunswick, Ohio

This contract assignment is seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to offer their expertise in a school setting, filling in for a leave through the end of the school year in June. What You’ll Bring:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Ohio
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
- Experience in pediatric or school-based speech therapy preferred
- Strong collaboration skills to partner with educators, staff, and families
- Proficiency in providing individualized and group therapy sessions
- Desire to make an impact working in person with diverse student populations
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of students with speech and language disorders
- Develop IEP goals and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Work alongside teachers and other service providers to support students’ learning goals
- Engage families in the therapeutic process and share student progress
- Participate in ongoing communication with supervisors and school leaders
