Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders
- Valid Ohio SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) highly preferred
- Previous experience supporting children in a school setting
- Strong abilities in collaboration, communication, and innovative problem-solving
Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose speech and language disorders in students
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans for students based on their unique needs
- Deliver high-quality therapy services in both small group and one-on-one settings
- Work closely with educators and families to contribute to the development and execution of IEPs
- Document student progress and adapt interventions as needed for optimal results
