Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs
- Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Work alongside teachers, counselors, and families to craft and carry out effective IEPs
- Maintain accurate progress notes and contribute to a positive learning environment
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders
- Active Ohio licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP - CCC preferred)
- Previous experience working with children in a school environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
