School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Lakewood, Ohio

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders

- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of speech and language disorders
- Design and deliver individualized therapy for students in both group and one-on-one settings
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students, teachers, and families regarding communication needs
