Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Lakewood, OH

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders
- Active Ohio SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Direct experience supporting children in a school setting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students to determine speech and language needs
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans for effective intervention
- Deliver targeted therapy to students in both individual and group environments
- Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to shape and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate outcomes with families and team members
