Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Zolfo Springs, FL

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Possess a valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and CCC credential
- Prior experience working in a school environment with students from kindergarten through grade 12
- Comfortable providing assessment, intervention, and consultation services
- Strong collaboration skills to work with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt strategies to meet a variety of student needs
- Flexibility to contribute across different age groups and caseloads
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech-language services to students onsite throughout the school year
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Conduct thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations for eligible students
- Maintain accurate records and prepare required documentation/reports
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families regarding students’ progress and support needs
- Consult, coach, and provide resources to school staff as appropriate
- Support a supportive, inclusive, and positive learning environment
