Primary role responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, diagnose speech and language disorders, and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy to students in small groups and one-on-one sessions across Pre-K, Kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress and integrate interventions within classroom routines
- Maintain accurate records, track student progress, and fulfill all regulatory documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to student goal setting, and report on progress
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold best practices in compliance with school policies
