Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current Oregon SLP License, or the ability to acquire before the start of the assignment
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligibility for CCC or CFY supervision; recent graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience working with pediatric populations or in educational settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive school environment and supporting student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs and education goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students’ academic achievement
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports according to district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of effective learning strategies
