Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP licensure (or eligibility) in the state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience with pediatric clientele in schools or healthcare settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology for remote service delivery
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Passion for helping young learners achieve their communication goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs
- Provide direct, group, and teletherapy services as required
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students’ IEP goals
- Maintain accurate and timely reports, records, and documentation per school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise to the educational team
- Stay current with best practices and professional development in the field
