Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Williamstown, MA

What you’ll bring:
- Valid licensure as an SLP with CCC or as an SLPA (state requirements apply)
- Experience with school-based speech/language caseloads, preferably K-12
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, families, and support teams
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop tailored intervention plans
- Organizational skills to balance documentation, direct therapy, and meetings across different locations
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for students K-12
- Delivering individualized therapy sessions to address a variety of communication needs
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and support IEP goals
- Maintaining accurate student records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
- Participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings and professional development activities
