Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC-SLP certification (ASHA)
- Licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP for the state of Missouri
- Prior experience in pediatric and/or school settings preferred
- Confidence managing diverse caseloads and supervising SLPAs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary students K-4
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor an SLPA
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families
- Provide services across essential skills, cross cat, and speech-only classrooms
- Maintain accurate documentation on student progress
