Key Requirements:
- Hold ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Eligible to work as a licensed SLP within healthcare and school-based settings
- School-based SLP experience and pediatric expertise
- Prior knowledge of essential skills classrooms, cross-categorical, and tailored speech services preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a caseload of approximately 35 students
- Commitment to culturally responsive, student-centered care
- Experience supervising or mentoring SLPAs is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments, direct therapy, and develop IEP goals for students in Kindergarten to 4th grade
- Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to best serve a varied caseload
- Supervise, mentor, and support an SLPA, providing guidance and feedback to ensure best practices
- Document progress, maintain compliance, and communicate with families as needed
- Adapt support for students across essential skills, cross-categorical, and speech-only classrooms
