Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility in Missouri
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- School-based experience highly desirable
- Passion for fostering student growth and communication skills
- Comfortable working in an in-person setting; teletherapy not offered at this time
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services for middle school students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain thorough documentation in alignment with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to MDT evaluations
