Pediatric Early Childhood Education (ECE) School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Nixa, Missouri

Your Role Includes:
- Delivering speech and language therapy services for pediatric and school-aged populations, focusing on early childhood through elementary and beyond
- Assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Consulting and collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff to support students’ progress and integration into the classroom
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation to meet school and state requirements
- Participating in IEP meetings and case conferences, sharing expertise with the educational team
Desired Background:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience providing therapy services in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary settings preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying caseloads and student needs
