Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before start)
- CCC-SLP certification (Clinical Fellowship Year applicants welcome)
- Experience with pediatric populations in schools or healthcare settings
- Proficiency in in-person and/or teletherapy service delivery
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a diverse caseload of students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (teachers, families, administrators)
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress
- Adapt therapy techniques to onsite or virtual platforms as required
