Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid SLP license for the state of Georgia or eligibility for Georgia licensure
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or equivalent credentialing
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Comfortable working with elementary, middle, and high school students
- Skilled at developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- For teletherapy roles: previous telepractice experience is highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with faculty and family members
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Engage in multi-disciplinary team meetings and support collaboration between school staff and families
- Deliver both onsite and virtual therapy, tailored to student needs
- Participate in school activities and professional development as needed
