Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
- Skilled in conducting both in-person and virtual speech therapy sessions
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Compassionate, student-centered approach
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' unique needs
- Provide therapy sessions onsite or remotely, depending on your position
- Work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational progress
- Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with all state and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to goal development and reviews
