Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP-CCC or completion of clinical fellowship year (CFY) recognized
- Valid or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with school-aged children a plus
- Comfortable managing a varied caseload
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Collaborative approach to working with interdisciplinary teams
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students according to their IEPs
- Conduct assessments, develop appropriate therapy goals, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
- Offer support and strategies to assist classroom teachers in language development
