- Active Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred

- Solid understanding of IEP processes and experience crafting personalized intervention plans
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals
- Conduct therapeutic sessions—one-on-one and in small groups—to enhance speech and language skills
- Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and update reports for meetings and compliance
- Coordinate with educators and families to share strategies for supporting student growth in the classroom and at home
- Provide input and recommendations during IEP meetings and help guide families through next steps
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere where every student feels supported and celebrated
