Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Salado, TX

This opportunity offers two unique openings: one serving a full district pediatric caseload across both elementary and secondary levels, and another focused on a broad general education population. You’ll collaborate with school teams and families to foster student communication growth and academic progress.
In these roles, you will:
- Provide direct and consultative therapy for students K-12, including those in elementary life skills and general education settings
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, support staff, and families
- Contribute to multidisciplinary teams to support students’ access to learning
- Cover your assigned full school district, ensuring consistent, high-quality services across campuses
- Participate in professional development opportunities and stay up to date with best practices in school-based speech therapy
What we’re seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or pending CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellows (CFs) ready to learn – dedicated supervision is provided
- Experience or interest in working in school-based or pediatric settings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to travel within the school district as needed
