Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active SLP-CCC certification
- State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in Texas
- Experience with K-12 populations in schools strongly preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong assessment, evaluation, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and adaptability
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services, both one-on-one and in groups
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support classroom integration
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and advocacy for student needs
- Monitor progress, maintain thorough documentation, and adjust interventions as needed
- Support prevention and early intervention efforts within the school setting
