We are seeking three dedicated Speech Language Pathologists for immediate openings focused on providing essential services in educational settings. Openings are available within elementary, junior/senior, and high school environments, with each position offering a full-time, 37.5-hours-per-week schedule.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Active SLP license in Colorado (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed
- Experience with school-based SLP services for pediatrics preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working within multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for engaging with diverse student populations
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students in elementary, junior/senior, or high school settings
- Deliver direct therapy services and facilitate small group or individual sessions
- Serve as an integral member of special education teams, supporting academic and social success
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Partner with teachers, staff, and families to foster a supportive learning environment
- Participate in professional development and stay current with best practices
