Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in Colorado or eligibility to obtain
- CCC-SLP certification preferred; strong consideration for Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Experience working in school-based, pediatric, or center-based environments is ideal
- Knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for a range of communication disorders
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, diagnostics, and therapy for students ages 5 to 18 in assigned center-based programs
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Document student progress and maintain thorough treatment records in compliance with school and state regulations
- Consult and collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings
- Adapt therapy techniques and communication supports to meet diverse needs
- Offer guidance to classroom staff on integrating strategies into daily routines
