What you’ll bring:
- Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
- Flexibility and adaptability—caseload and age groups will be determined, spanning PreK through 8th grade
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational abilities and the drive to support student progress
Key responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in PreK-8th grade
- Develop individualized therapy plans and provide direct, evidence-based interventions
- Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in compliance with district and state standards
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support professionals to maximize student outcomes
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and participate in IEP development
- Provide training and resources to staff and families as needed
