What we’re seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Colorado SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based assessment and therapy to students with diverse communication needs in elementary, junior/senior, or high school settings
- Develop and implement IEP goals, track progress, and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and other service providers
- Engage in regular parent/family communication regarding student progress and strategies for carryover
- Provide support and training to school staff on communication strategies and AAC use, as applicable
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
