School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Poolville, Texas

Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Experience working with K-12 populations, including varied abilities and ages
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational skills and flexibility to work in a dynamic school environment
Key responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Deliver evidence-based interventions and track student progress
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, classroom staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation according to district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development activities
