Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Join Our Team! We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality evaluation and therapy services for individuals with speech, language, voice, fluency, communication, and swallowing disorders. The SLP will collaborate with families, educators, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans that promote communication, learning, and overall success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services for speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, pragmatics, and swallowing disorders, as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and evaluation reports in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary team members to support client or student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and complete required documentation (school-based positions).
- Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support communication outside of therapy sessions.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to meet changing needs.
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or Clinical Fellow (CF) welcome to apply, if applicable.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or clinical settings preferred.
