What you bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility at time of hire)
- Skilled in working with pediatric and early intervention populations
- Experience supporting K–12 students in school settings preferred
- Familiarity with a range of speech and language disorders, including those with moderate to profound needs
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to students’ diverse needs
What you’ll do:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students
- Develop IEP goals and participate in team meetings
- Adapt intervention strategies to individual student needs
- Document student progress and maintain records according to school guidelines
