Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current or eligible SLP licensure in Washington
  • Experience with pediatric populations, especially in school-based settings
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Comfort working with diverse caseloads (K–12, varying support needs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Create and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Participate in the development, review, and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure comprehensive support
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and intervention strategies
