Elementary Early Childhood Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in West Jordan, UT

This full-time, contract role offers the opportunity to support a diverse range of students, with caseloads adjusted according to your expertise and interests—including moderate to profound needs. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Active ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates welcome
- State licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in school-based settings
- Comfort working with K–12 students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and maintain thorough documentation
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Offer strategies, resources, and training for staff and families
- Promote an inclusive classroom environment
