This full-time position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, working 40 hours per week at a single site near Clearfield, UT. The caseload consists of approximately 70 students, and the ideal candidate will bring both dedication and enthusiasm to a collaborative school environment.
Your expertise will be instrumental in providing direct and teletherapy speech services. In addition to working with students across various grades, you’ll take on an elevated role by supervising the onsite Speech-Language Technician (SLT), contributing to a supportive environment for professional growth.
The preferred candidate will have prior school-based SLP experience, as well as their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC-SLP certification
- Valid state licensure or eligibility
- Previous experience in school settings (required)
- Experience or openness to providing teletherapy services
- Comfortable supervising and supporting onsite SLT
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy services to a varied K-6 caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists
- Supervise onsite SLT, offering guidance and support as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
