Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Speech Language Pathologist licensure and SLP-CCC required
- Previous experience in a K-12 school environment
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and in-person intervention
- Ability to supervise and mentor onsite SLT staff
- Flexibility to adapt to changing student needs and school requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Duties:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a caseload of K-6th grade students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to develop and implement IEPs
- Deliver therapy sessions both onsite and via teletherapy platforms as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Supervise, guide, and evaluate onsite SLT performance
- Participate in school meetings, student evaluations, and program planning
