Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) certification
- Strong background in delivering school-based SLP services (K-6th preferred)
- Experience or willingness to support teletherapy sessions
- Open to supervising and mentoring onsite Speech-Language Therapy Assistants
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to efficiently manage a caseload of approximately 70 students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-6 students
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in partnership with school teams and families
- Provide direct therapy and interventions, both in-person and via teletherapy
- Supervise and mentor onsite Speech-Language Therapy Assistants
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in ongoing student support meetings
