Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Valid SLP licensure in Utah (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous pediatric experience (Early Childhood or Elementary School preferred)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfort managing varied caseloads based on experience and personal preference
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K–12 students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized goals and treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure student progress
- Document services and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
