Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to obtain
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings, particularly across K–12 populations
- Skilled in assessment, intervention, and documentation for students from early childhood through secondary grades
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy to students with communication, speech, or language difficulties in a school environment
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Assess, track, and document student progress; participate in IEP meetings as a valued team member
- Offer consultation and support to teachers and families
- Adapt services and materials for a diverse range of learning needs
