Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Valid state SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP or actively working towards)
- Experience with pediatric populations, early childhood, and elementary students
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs individualized for diverse needs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, families, and teams
- Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to K–12 students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Support students from a variety of backgrounds with needs ranging from moderate to profound
- Maintain thorough progress documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt and modify interventions to meet the unique needs of each student
