Qualifications and Experience:
- Current state license or the ability to obtain one as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (ASHA CCCs preferred)
- Experience in pediatrics and school-based settings, especially K–12 populations
- Background working with early childhood and elementary school children
- Familiarity with diverse caseloads, including moderate to profound needs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy to students across grade levels
- Develop individualized treatment plans specific to each student's goals and requirements
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff to facilitate student progress
- Document and maintain accurate records reflecting progress and compliance
- Support students’ social, academic, and behavioral communication needs
