Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP license or eligibility to obtain in Virginia
- Experience providing speech and language therapy in schools, particularly with elementary-aged children, strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development and documentation processes
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students at two elementary school sites
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse speech and language needs
