Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Waynesboro, VA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred (CFY considered)
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is ideal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload across multiple elementary grades
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
- Provide direct therapy services onsite at two school locations, supporting student growth in speech, language, and communication
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Contribute to IEP meetings and provide input on student progress and therapy needs
