Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Waterbury, CT

Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Connecticut, required
- Open to SLPs with CCC or CFY credentials
- Strong background in pediatric speech-language pathology, preferably within school settings
- Comfort working with a caseload of 25-30 students
- Experience or familiarity with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) is highly valued
Position Details:
- Immediate start date through June 14, 2027
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Caseload collaboratively managed with two other SLPs
- Student needs span autism spectrum and articulation disorders
In this assignment, you’ll conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide group and individual therapy tailored to your students’ communication abilities. Participation in IEP meetings and collaboration with teachers, aides, and families forms a key part of making a difference in each child’s educational journey.
