Desired Qualifications:
- Active Connecticut Speech-Language Pathologist license
- ASHA CCC, school-based, pediatric, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) experience are all welcome
- Familiarity with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Passion for supporting communication in diverse learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention services for students ranging from those with Autism Spectrum Disorder to articulation needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with two other SLPs, dividing caseloads based on student needs
- Engage with educators and families to foster student progress
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to team meetings
