Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure to practice as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
- Prior experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations in school settings
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Implement speech, language, and communication therapy for students, both individually and in groups
- Complete comprehensive assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and execute effective individualized education program (IEP) goals, tracking progress and reporting outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support holistic student development
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in line with district and regulatory standards
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
