Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure to practice as an SLP
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
  • Prior experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations in school settings
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Implement speech, language, and communication therapy for students, both individually and in groups
  • Complete comprehensive assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop and execute effective individualized education program (IEP) goals, tracking progress and reporting outcomes
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support holistic student development
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in line with district and regulatory standards
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
