- Prior experience or strong interest in pediatric speech therapy within school settings
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a pediatric school-based population
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support for students
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and therapy sessions
- Educate school staff and families about communication strategies and interventions
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
