Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Track progress and document outcomes in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Consult and share expertise with educators and caregivers to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, case management, and intervention planning
- Serve as a resource for speech, language, and communication needs within the school
