Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Active state license or eligibility in Rhode Island
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEP) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver speech/language therapy to students (K-12)
- Develop and implement IEPs aligned with district and state standards
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
- Participate in team meetings, consultations, and family communications
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to school protocols
