Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to children ages 3-5 in an early childhood special education setting
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, service providers, and families to support students’ language development and communication skills
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, student reviews, and professional development sessions as appropriate
Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Minnesota (required)
- Prior experience in a school setting, especially with early childhood special education (ECSE), strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to providing evidence-based, student-centered interventions
- Must be available to work three days per week on a set schedule, Monday through Friday
