Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current, valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- School-based SLP experience preferred, especially with K-8th populations
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Comfortable managing a caseload across multiple school sites within a small district
- Familiarity with IEP processes and related documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations for K-8 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to foster student progress
- Manage documentation, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide consultative support and strategies to teachers and school staff
- Travel between assigned school locations within the district as scheduled
