- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students referred by teachers or parents
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, review progress and make recommendations for modifications as needed
