Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
- Experience in educational or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with staff and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for students
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services, both individually and in groups
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies
- Serve as an integral resource to teachers and parents regarding speech and language interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing professional development
