Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or eligibility
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

- Knowledge of IEP processes and familiarity with a variety of therapy techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptability to diverse student needs and caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students referred with speech, language, or communication concerns
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Maintain thorough documentation of progress, sessions, and compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and ongoing training
