We're seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve K-12 school settings, supporting learners from kindergarten through high school. Key Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current Illinois SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • School-based experience working with a range of student ages (grades K-12)
  • Strong skills in assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
  • Effective communication with students, families, and educational staff
  • Collaborative mindset and passion for student-centered support

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to students in grades K-12
  • Assess student needs using formal and informal evaluation tools
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals based on assessment findings
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and special education teams to support student achievement
  • Maintain clear documentation of services, progress, and compliance with state and federal requirements
  • Conduct parent meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
