Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP state licensure and ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP preferred)
- Prior experience in school-based settings, serving K-12 students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfort working both one-on-one and in group settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and provide direct therapy services to students across all grade levels (K-12)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to create supportive learning environments
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation according to school and district policies
- Advocate for student needs and contribute expertise as a valued member of the multidisciplinary team
